  • I started with Mary's Health and Fitness about a year ago because I needed some extra accountability with my workout routine.  I was a college athlete, so I have always worked out in some way, but after kids, I was struggling with consistency and motivation.  Mary was able to give me the motivation, accountability, strength training and variety I needed in my workout routine.
