Mike Wagner, M.S., C.S.C.S.
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Mike is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University and Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from California University of Pennsylvania. Mike also was a college athlete playing 4 seasons at Bloomsburg University. He has been working with athletes in speed, strength, and power sports since 2009. He has worked with athletes ranging from all different age groups. This includes middle school, high school, college, professional, and Olympic athletes. While he continues working with amateur athletes, since 2016 he has been employed as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Washington Capitals and Hershey Bears Organizations.

I am a certified personal trainer with a degree in Dietetics from Brigham Young University. My husband is a surgical resident at Hershey Medical Center and we have 3 amazing kids! I love bodybuilding and CrossFit and have dedicated myself to learning all I can about weightlifting! I am passionate about empowering others to find strength and confidence through fitness. I am a firm believer that exercise not only makes you stronger physically but also mentally. Exercise truly benefits every aspect of your life. I compete in bodybuilding shows and love the process of sculpting the body through diet and exercise. I love to play tennis, rock climb, hang with my family, and visit the beach!
Mary Schaefer Driscoll
Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and MH&F Owner
Mary is a 2000 graduate of Hershey High School. She graduated from Penn State University in 2004, where she played Field Hockey and studied Kinesiology. Mary has been a certified personal trainer since 2004, and has helped thousands of individuals meet their fitness goals! She is also an NCAA and International Field Hockey Umpire. She opened Mary’s Health and Fitness in 2015, and enjoys training individuals at all fitness levels!
Certified Personal Trainer and MH&F Fitness Director
Andrea is a certified Personal Trainer through The American Council of Exercise (ACE). She also holds additional certifications in TRX, Pre/Post Natal, Functional Training, HIIT Training, and Stretching. Andrea’s mission is to educate and motivate people to help them on their fitness journeys, with the hope of encouraging as many people as possible to experience the amazing benefits of exercise.
Certified Personal Trainer and Health and Wellness Coach
Brittany graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2016 with a B.S in Exercise Science. She continued her education after college, becoming Physical Therapy Assistant, allowing her to specialize in physical fitness for people with current and past injuries, or other ailments. Brittany has been specializing in HIIT and Tabata boot camp, and group fitness training since 2018. She also spent a year training high school athletes and coaching high school basketball. She is a certified Health and Wellness coach and focuses on helping clients master habit change, as well as reach and maintain their fitness goals. Her mission is to help people get up, get moving, and live a happier, healthier lifestyle!
Lori A. Myers
Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Lori A. Myers graduated from Conestoga Valley High School where she played volleyball and began her enthusiasm for working out. She played Junior Olympic Volleyball and has continued to play on leagues and compete in tournaments until 2017 in order to focus more on her husband and six children. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through AFPA since 2013, a Certified Sports Nutritionist through AFPA since 2018, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through AFPA since 2020. Lori is passionate about proper nutrition, fitness and overall health. She is enthusiastic about helping others achieve their goals and motivating them to live healthier and whole lives.
