Brittany graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2016 with a B.S in Exercise Science. She continued her education after college, becoming Physical Therapy Assistant, allowing her to specialize in physical fitness for people with current and past injuries, or other ailments. Brittany has been specializing in HIIT and Tabata boot camp, and group fitness training since 2018. She also spent a year training high school athletes and coaching high school basketball. She is a certified Health and Wellness coach and focuses on helping clients master habit change, as well as reach and maintain their fitness goals. Her mission is to help people get up, get moving, and live a happier, healthier lifestyle!
