It’s about “getting fit and staying fit” and we mean it! Our team of Professional Certified Personal Trainers will work really hard so you can achieve your personal fitness and nutrition goals whatever they may be!



Mary is a 2000 graduate of Hershey High School. She graduated from Penn State University in 2004, where she played Field Hockey and studied Kinesiology.  Mary has been a certified personal trainer since 2004, and has helped thousands of individuals meet their fitness goals!  She is also an NCAA and International Field Hockey Umpire.  She opened Mary’s Health and Fitness in 2015, and enjoys training individuals at all fitness levels!

Sarah Alexander

Sales and Marketing Director

Sarah graduated from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington with her B.S. in Exercise Science. She has experience working with a wide range of client groups including Parkinson’s Disease, Athletes and Military Personnel. Sarah handles the social media accounts, membership sales and marketing for MH&F. She enjoys meeting new clients and helping them reach their goals by listening to their needs and matching them with the right membership.

Mike Wagner

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Mike is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University and Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from California University of Pennsylvania. Mike also was a college athlete playing 4 seasons at Bloomsburg University. He has been working with athletes in speed, strength, and power sports since 2009. He has worked with athletes ranging from all different age groups. This includes middle school, high school, college, professional, and Olympic athletes. While he continues working with amateur athletes, since 2016 he has been employed as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Washington Capitals and Hershey Bears Organizations.

Katie Kosovac

Certified Personal Trainer

Katie is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE). She was a two-sport collegiate athlete playing both soccer and basketball for Penn State Harrisburg where she earned a B.S. in Kinesiology. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with my family and friends.

Lynda Steller

Certified Personal Trainer

Lynda, a nationally certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE), has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2021. As a former special education teacher, Lynda brings high energy, positivity and encouragement to her clients and classes. Lynda’s goal is to inspire and support her clients through their fitness journeys

Ryan Oden

Certified Personal Trainer

Ryan Oden is currently enrolled in the Physical Therapy Doctorate program at Lebanon Valley College. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He enjoys working with all types of clients and helping clients meet their goals.

Cassiah Ray

Certified Personal Trainer

Cassiah is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and a Certified Sportsmetrics Instructor, Levels 1 and 2. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Lebanon Valley College. Cassiah was a collegiate athlete playing basketball for LVC and through her own experiences has developed a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation

Brittany Hathaway

Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Brittany is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is currently in her final year of graduate school to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Lebanon Valley College. Brittany has played both lacrosse and soccer at the division III collegiate level and was a captain on the LVC women’s lacrosse team her junior and senior year. She enjoys motivating clients with positivity and encouragement while pushing them to achieve their goals.

Matt Yansick

Certified Personal Trainer

Matt is originally from New Jersey and found a love for resistance training and fitness through high school sports.  He recently graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Lebanon Valley College and is finishing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at LVC. He is excited to work with clients to help them crush their individual goals and maximize their health!

Morgan Walker

Sports Dietitian

Morgan is a Sports Dietitian who believes that a well-nourished body is fundamental to lasting health, happiness, and performance in sport. She earned her M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Rutgers University, her B.S. in Dietetics from the University of Alabama, and is a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist. Morgan has experience working with clients of diverse backgrounds and nutrition needs, including athletic performance enhancement, weight management, eating disorder recovery, injury rehabilitation, and improving well-being. Her mission is to educate, inspire, and empower her clients to optimize their nutrition intake and to make healthy eating a part of their daily life. In addition to her work with clients, Morgan is also a “girl mom” and educator. She is currently an adjunct professor at Lebanon Valley College and enjoys spending her free time trying new recipes, running, and spending time with her daughter.

Lori Myers

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Sports Nutritionist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Post Rehabilitation Specialist

Lori Myers graduated from Conestoga Valley High School where she played volleyball and began her enthusiasm for working out.  She played Junior Olympic Volleyball and has continued to play on leagues and compete in tournaments until 2017 in order to focus more on her husband and six children. She holds certifications through AFPA as a Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Post Rehabilitation Specialist. Lori began working as a personal trainer in 2013 and enjoys being an encouragement and blessing to others.  She is enthusiastic about helping others achieve their goals and motivating them to live healthier and whole lives.

Peyton Nagy

Certified Personal Trainer

Peyton is a graduate from Lebanon Valley College and has her B.S. in Exercise Science. She started out as an Intern for MH&F and has transitioned into being a Trainer teaching classes and working one on one with personal training. She has played Juniors and Collegiate ice hockey with experience in coaching kids. Peyton brings a positive attitude to every workout and pushes clients to be better.

Zach Bair

Certified Personal Trainer

Zach graduated from Messiah University in 2019 with his B.S. in Applied Health Science and is currently finishing his Master’s in Human Performance with a concentration of Strength and Conditioning. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Level 1 Sportsmetrics Instructor. Zach was a multi-sport athlete playing soccer, basketball and football in high school and continued soccer at Messiah playing for the club team. As a trainer he is passionate about training athletes to be stronger and faster while being free of pain.


Mary’s Health and Fitness is a training facility for all types of clients to meet their goals! We train both in-studio in Hershey and online!
