Mary Schaefer Driscoll

Owner, Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach

Mary is a 2000 graduate of Hershey High School. She graduated from Penn State University in 2004, where she played Field Hockey and studied Kinesiology.  Mary has been a certified personal trainer since 2004, and has helped thousands of individuals meet their fitness goals!  She is also an NCAA and International Field Hockey Umpire.  She opened Mary’s Health and Fitness in 2015, and enjoys training individuals at all fitness levels!

Andrea Wealand

MH&F Fitness Director, Certified Personal Trainer

Andrea is a certified Personal Trainer through The American Council of Exercise (ACE). She also holds additional certifications including; TRX, Pre/Post Natal, Functional Training, HIIT Training, and Stretching. Andrea’s mission is to educate and motivate people to help them on their fitness journeys, with the hope of encouraging as many people as possible to experience the amazing benefits of exercise.


Certified Personal Trainer, B.S in Dietetics

I am a certified personal trainer with a degree in Dietetics from Brigham Young University. My husband is a surgical resident at Hershey Medical Center and we have 3 amazing kids! I love bodybuilding and CrossFit and have dedicated myself to learning all I can about weightlifting! I compete in bodybuilding and love the process of sculpting the body through diet and exercise. I love to play tennis, rock climb, hang with my family, and visit the beach!

Mike Wagner

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Mike is Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University and Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention from California University of Pennsylvania. Mike also was a college athlete playing 4 seasons at Bloomsburg University. He has been working with athletes in speed, strength, and power sports since 2009. He has worked with athletes ranging from all different age groups. This includes middle school, high school, college, professional, and Olympic athletes. While he continues working with amateur athletes, since 2016 he has been employed as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Washington Capitals and Hershey Bears Organizations.

Lori Myers

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Sports Nutritionist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Certified Post Rehabilitation Specialist

Lori Myers graduated from Conestoga Valley High School where she played volleyball and began her enthusiasm for working out.  She played Junior Olympic Volleyball and has continued to play on leagues and compete in tournaments until 2017 in order to focus more on her husband and six children. She holds certifications through AFPA as a Personal Trainer, Sports Nutritionist, Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Post Rehabilitation Specialist. Lori began working as a personal trainer in 2013 and enjoys being an encouragement and blessing to others.  She is enthusiastic about helping others achieve their goals and motivating them to live healthier and whole lives.

Lynda Steller

Certified Personal Trainer

Lynda is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE). She has a Masters’s Degree in Special Education from Teachers College Columbia University, and has been working in the education field for over 25 years. Lynda found her passion for fitness through her love of sports. She aims to have a positive impact on the lives of those she works with, and help them achieve behaviors that lead to lifelong success in fitness.

Erik Caplan


Erik is a 2017 graduate of West Chester University where he received his B.S in Exercise Science. As a student at West Chester he completed multiple clinical internships in both athletic training and physical therapy settings, and also volunteered as an on-campus personal trainer. Following graduation, he worked as an Exercise Specialist at The Physical Therapy and Wellness Institute where he gained experience delivering medically-based fitness programs to a variety of patient populations. After moving to central PA, Erik served as a health and fitness specialist in a corporate wellness setting, in addition to taking on clients at multiple New York Fitness locations where he eventually became the Director of Personal Training and Sales. He currently holds a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is in his final year of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Lebanon Valley College. In his free time, Erik enjoys strength training, running, cooking, being a very average guitar player, and spending time with his girlfriend.

Ryan Bibeau


Ryan Bibeau is currently enrolled at Lebanon Valley College in the Physical Therapy Doctorate program. He has a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from LVC and has a Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).

Ryan Oden

Certified Personal Trainer

Ryan Oden is currently enrolled in the physical therapy doctorate program at Lebanon Valley College. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He enjoys working with all types of clients and helping clients meet their goals.


Chase is an LVC graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, and In the future, Chase aims to pursue a Master’s degree in Sports Performance. He Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In Chase’s free time he enjoys going to the gym, playing video games, or playing any sport, especially Volleyball and Basketball.

Katie Kosova

Certified Personal Trainer

A Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE). Currently enrolled at Penn State Harrisburg earning my B.S. in Kinesiology and graduated in 2021. A two-sport collegiate athlete playing both soccer and basketball for Penn State Harrisburg. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.


Cassiah Ray graduated from Lebanon Valley College with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. In college, she played basketball, and through her own experiences as a collegiate athlete, has developed a passion for injury prevention and injury rehabilitation.


Mary’s Health and Fitness is a training facility for all types of clients to meet their goals! We train both in-studio in Hershey and online!
