Our small group classes are designed in a circuit style training format to give a total body workout, improving overall muscular strength and conditioning. Classes are programmed and taught by a Certified Personal Trainer, giving you the benefits, expertise, creativity, and motivation of a Trainer, while engaging in a group setting with people with similar goals, for extra comradery and motivation. No matter if you are a beginner or experienced, each class is programmed with modifications to fit your individual needs! Classes are typically between 6-10 people and are offered on a variety of days and times to fit your schedule! Please refer to our App for all dates and times classes are offered and to sign up ahead of time.

Our Small Group Training packages are designed to accommodate groups from 2-4 people, for semi private training sessions with a Certified Personal Trainer. The small group training allows for a more focused, tailored, individualized training experience, for everyone in the group. Your small group will help you stay motivated, accountable, and help you achieves their fitness goals! Small Group Training also allows each group the freedom to customize their schedule to days/times desired. Come with a group of friends or have us personally select the perfect group for you!

One-on-one personal training gives you the opportunity to work directly with a Certified Personal Trainer, to tailor a customized workout plan that is focused directly on your strengths and weaknesses to obtain the best results for your individual needs and fitness goals. Each one-on-one session, not only provides that best workout for you, but also provides exercise education, accountability, emotional support, individualized fitness instruction, and motivation! Customization of your schedule also allows you to have your sessions fit into your daily routines for the most accountability!

Work with our Certified Nutritionist to assess your dietary intake and identify areas where change is needed to help you progress with your fitness goals! Our Nutritionist provides information, education materials, recipes, support, and follow-up, to tailor a nutritional program that best fits your lifestyle, goals, and specific needs!

Sportsmetrics is the first and largest ACL injury prevention program scientifically proven to decrease serious knee ligament injuries in athletes. This program provides a selection and progression of specific exercises designed for neuromuscular retraining, to provide a solid foundation of strength, coordination, and overall physical conditioning required for athletes to attain their highest potential in their sport-specific skills. We have Certified Sportsmetrics Trainers on staff and provide this customized program to athletes throughout the year!

After successful completion of your post-surgery Physical Therapy, let us guide you through the next step of your recovery journey. We will meet with your Physical Therapist to discuss your background, records, programming, progression, and goals, to create an individualized roadmap to keep you on the right path that is going to gain you strength and even more progression through your healing process. Our partnership with your Physical Therapist is an ideal transition to a successful recovery!

Proper recovery is just as important as training. As a partner with Hyperice, our clients have direct access to their most innovative performance recovery products, such as, massage guns, massage balls, rollers, and Normatec compression pants. These, top of the line products, provide pinpointed vibration, compression, and highest level of percussion, to ease the tension and tightness of sore muscles.
