Mary Schaefer Driscoll

Owner, Certified Personal Trainer, and Nutrition Coach

Mary is a 2000 graduate of Hershey High School. She graduated from Penn State University in 2004, where she played Field Hockey and studied Kinesiology.  Mary has been a certified personal trainer since 2004, and has helped thousands of individuals meet their fitness goals!  She is also an NCAA and International Field Hockey Umpire.  She opened Mary’s Health and Fitness in 2015, and enjoys training individuals at all fitness levels!

Sarah Alexander

MH&F Director of Operations

Sarah graduated from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington with her B.S. in Exercise Science. She has experience working with a wide range of client groups including Parkinson’s Disease, Athletes and Military Personnel. Sarah handles the social media accounts, membership sales and marketing for MH&F. She enjoys meeting new clients and helping them reach their goals by listening to their needs and matching them with the right membership.

Cassiah Ray

MH&F Team Lead, Certified Personal Trainer

Cassiah is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and a Certified Sportsmetrics Instructor, Levels 1 and 2. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Lebanon Valley College. Cassiah was a collegiate athlete playing basketball for LVC and through her own experiences has developed a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation

Lynda Steller

Certified Personal Trainer

Lynda, a nationally certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE), has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2021. As a former special education teacher, Lynda brings high energy, positivity and encouragement to her clients and classes. Lynda’s goal is to inspire and support her clients through their fitness journeys

Peyton Nagy

Certified Personal Trainer

Peyton is a graduate from Lebanon Valley College and has her B.S. in Exercise Science. She started out as an Intern for MH&F and has transitioned into being a Trainer teaching classes and working one on one with personal training. She has played Juniors and Collegiate ice hockey with experience in coaching kids. Peyton brings a positive attitude to every workout and pushes clients to be better.

Lori Myers

Certified Strength and Con. Spec., and Certified Post Rehabilitation Exercise Spec., Nutritionist

Lori holds her certifications through AFPA and has been personal training since 2013. She enjoys being an encouragement and blessing to others. She is enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their goals and motivating them to live healthier and whole lives.

Brittany Hathaway

DPT, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Brittany is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is currently in her final year of graduate school to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Lebanon Valley College. Brittany has played both lacrosse and soccer at the division III collegiate level and was a captain on the LVC women’s lacrosse team her junior and senior year. She enjoys motivating clients with positivity and encouragement while pushing them to achieve their goals.

Matt Yansick

Certified Personal Trainer

Matt is originally from New Jersey and found a love for resistance training and fitness through high school sports.  He recently graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Lebanon Valley College and is finishing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at LVC. He is excited to work with clients to help them crush their individual goals and maximize their health!
