Mary Schaefer Driscoll

Mary is a 2000 graduate of Hershey High School. She graduated from Penn State University in 2004, where she played Field Hockey and studied Kinesiology.  Mary has been a certified personal trainer since 2004, and has helped thousands of individuals meet their fitness goals!  She is also an NCAA and International Field Hockey Umpire.  She opened Mary’s Health and Fitness in 2015, and enjoys training individuals at all fitness levels!

Sarah Alexander

Sarah graduated from the University of North Carolina – Wilmington with her B.S. in Exercise Science. She has experience working with a wide range of client groups including Parkinson’s Disease, Athletes and Military Personnel. Sarah handles the social media accounts, membership sales and marketing for MH&F. She enjoys meeting new clients and helping them reach their goals by listening to their needs and matching them with the right membership.

ADAM MARSO

Adam Marso is a Harrisburg native who graduated from Susquehanna Township High School in 2011. While at STHS, he was a 4 year varsity Ice Hockey player, and a 3 year varsity Baseball player. He was selected to the CPIHL all star team 3 times and was also a member of the 1st team Mid Penn Conference baseball all stars his senior year.

After high school he went on to study Kinesiology at Penn State University, where his Strength and Conditioning Career began. While at Penn State he interned with the Sport Performance department where he worked mainly with Boys Lacrosse, Girls Soccer, Baseball, and Rugby. Then he took an internship at the University of Pittsburgh before accepting a Graduate Assistant Strength and Conditioning position at Nicholls State university (Thibodaux, LA) where he spent two years designing and implementing programs for Women’s Basketball, Softball, Developmental Football, and Tennis teams, while earning his Master’s in Educational Leadership.

In between his two years there, he spent a Summer at the University of Denver assisting their Sport Performance team with off season training for  Basketball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Volleyball and implementing programs for NHL/AHL/ECHL. After receiving his master’s in Education, he went to Jacksonville, FL to work with the University of North Florida. He was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach there for 4 months before taking a job with the Pittsburgh Pirates Organization as a Minor League Strength and Conditioning Coach. While with the Pirates, he spent 2 years in the Dominican Republic working with the academy teams, and moved up to Low A Greensboro before the 2020 shutdown.

The past 3 years have been spent in Philadelphia where he was an Athletic Director at Bonner & Prendie Catholic High School (Drexel Hill, PA). While there, he oversaw all aspects of each sports team, as well as continuing to coach in the weight room as well. Adam is extremely excited to continue his career at MTC and coach the best athletes in the state!!

Cassiah Ray

Cassiah is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and a Certified Sportsmetrics Instructor, Levels 1 and 2. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Lebanon Valley College. Cassiah was a collegiate athlete playing basketball for LVC and through her own experiences has developed a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation

Brock Kauffman

Brock graduated from East Stroudsburg University in 2022 where he played baseball. While his time at ESU, Brock broke 6 school records and earned his degree in exercise science focusing in physiology. Brock has worked with clients ages 9 all the way up to 85 years of age. He also enjoys meeting new people of all ages and helping them reach their fitness goals!

Lynda Steller

Lynda, a nationally certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise (ACE), has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2021. As a former special education teacher, Lynda brings high energy, positivity and encouragement to her clients and classes. Lynda’s goal is to inspire and support her clients through their fitness journeys

Brittany Hathaway

Brittany is a Physical Therapist at Penn State Health and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. As a physical therapist, she specializes in Pelvic Health and General Orthopedic diagnoses and loves to bring this knowledge when personal training clients. Brittany graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in addition to a Bachelors in Exercise Science. She has played both lacrosse and soccer at the division III collegiate level and was a captain on the LVC women’s lacrosse team for two out of her four years on the team. She enjoys motivating clients with positivity and encouragement while pushing them to achieve their goals.

Lori Myers

Lori holds her certifications through AFPA and has been personal training since 2013. She enjoys being an encouragement and blessing to others. She is enthusiastic about helping clients achieve their goals and motivating them to live healthier and whole lives.

Matt Yansick

Matt is originally from New Jersey and found a love for resistance training and fitness through high school sports.  He recently graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Lebanon Valley College and is finishing his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at LVC. He is excited to work with clients to help them crush their individual goals and maximize their health!
