PROGRAM DIVISIONS
Junior Division (K-6th Grade): Our youth programs focus on fundamental skills, basic game understanding, and most importantly, having fun! Age-specific training ensures that each child progresses at an appropriate pace.
Senior Division (7th-12th Grade): For middle and high school athletes, our programs provide advanced technical training, game strategy sessions, and game simulated play opportunities. We also offer college recruiting guidance for those aspiring to play at the next level.
Adult Association (18+): It's never too late to enjoy field hockey! Our Adult Association caters to post graduate field hockey enthusiasts. Join us weekly to stay active while engaging in a sport you love!
