Learn To Play Summer Camp is the perfect introduction to sports for young athletes! MTC BASEBALL TRAINING
Mary’s Training Center is introducing our Summer Baseball Training Session. Brock has designed this program for Middle School and High School ball players to increase their work capacity, increase muscle mass to lead to greater strength production, to build a basis of strength to support power production in all planes of motion and to reinforce & maintain proper baseball movement mechanics. Please join Brock for Tuesdays & Thursdays starting June 17th through August 7th.
